Oh how I love Zuma Health, let me count the ways. Janine never fails to greet everyone who enters the practice with a personal cheery salutation. Dr. Matt is a master at his chiropractic skills and has the best, even most unique table-side manner for each and every person who attends his practice. Location and parking are a breeze, there is no such thing as long wait times between appointments. They are solution focused and full of integrity. Best of all they are compassionate and flexible to every concern.

Dr. Matt is a wizard. I've seen him for a few months now, after I injured my back in the previous year. I don't need to tell him where the issues are, he just knows after a quick look. Dr Matt and the Zuma team are absolutely outstanding. I can't begin to tell you what a difference Dr Matt's treatment has made to me. But the physical alignment aspect is only the beginning. I am sleeping and resting better and my back and neck pain has reduced substantially. Dr Matt is a true holistic health care professional. He knows his stuff 'backwards' (pun intended :)) but he also knows people and the way we are wired mentally, emotionally and relationally is also a significant aspect of his care and wellness framework. I have been going to Dr Matt for couple of months now which is not something I normally do. When I first came I was skeptical thinking this is just going to be about how many times I hand over my $$. But with patience from Dr Matt I started to understand and more importantly started to get really good results from looking after my spine. Ive come to realize how important that long thing running down our backs are to physical, emotional and mental state. So Im hugely grateful for trusting and persevering. With 2 bulging discs for years and dislocated coccyx, things are feeling pretty happy so I highly recommend Dr Matt and his true nurturing nature. I would not ordinarily go to a chiropractor but I was drawn to Zuma Health after I saw the FB post.
On my first visit I had been through a tough 10 months of emotional trauma. Dr Matt was So intuitive to my body state and immediately put my nervousness system that was stuck in “fight or flight” mode to a relaxed calmer state. The two weeks following that visit were the calmest days I had had in over 6 years.

I’m still a work in progress but I feel stronger, taller, able to cope with stress better. And the reason I came to zuma in the first place which was numb tingly fingers on both hands and severe neck mobility issues has pretty much gone after 4 weeks of treatments.

I haven’t seen the naturopath or Keneisiologist yet, but I love that there is a range of holistic healing modalities available under the one roof.
