I first saw Zoe at Salt Recovery where she really listened to me and asked a lot of questions about my past and my goals. I found it very easy to talk to her and she made sense of lots of symptoms/issues that I didn’t think were even relevant, from that she came up with a complete plan to help me achieve my goals.
