Had an amazing morning. We chose the sauna and cold plunge room, which was immaculate as was the whole building. The kind man at the desk gave us a full tour of all facilities before we started. Each room had a TV with Netflix and YouTube. The perfect place to relax and refresh, we will definitely be back!

I’ve started to incorporate infrared sauna into my weekly fitness/recovery regime. My muscles feel more relaxed also my mind (I sleep so well after a session) & I definitely feel my immune system has improved significantly.
