The Indian Head Massage is so relaxing and has helped ease headaches. The techniques are fantastic and the perfect way to ease stress and tension. Highly recomnend any of the therapists from Zen Wellness Centre.

I received an amazing treatment from Pookie. A few different therapies mixed into one special session, tailored for me.I felt very safe in her capable hands.
I kept improving, 3 days after the session.

The centre is very inviting and clean and the energy is so calming.

As soon as I walk into the wellness centre, I immediately feel like a weight has been lifted off me, even before the treatment has begun. The atmosphere is relaxed and calming, and I know I’m in capable, healing hands.
The practitioners are very knowledgeable and experienced. They continually find ways to expand on the success of traditional techniques by integrating new and unique methods to achieve greater results.
Pookie and the team manage to soothe any aches and pains, improve overall lifestyle habits, and help restore the body and mind back to a place of zen. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

The centre is so relaxing from the moment you walk in the door. Cartoon has worked her magic on my hip pain and it’s feeling much better now. I looked forward to my fortnightly remedial massages with her.
