Do NOT waste your time or money for these reasons below:

- what psychologist "I don't do assessments only intervention" This is unethical practice!!
- what psychologist says I'll email you some dates and times for an appointment and doesn't email you back AT ALL.
- what psychologist switched to online only and doesn't communicate this to their clients.

Ill tell you, the Zen psychology practice does. Again, do not waste your time and money. Go to your GP and ask for a local list of referrals to other psychologists and find someone else.

Wasted our trust, time and money to begin a process that brings up trauma and difficult feelings only to be told after the 3rd session we now need to start all over again with someone new.
I was promised reports and supporting letters only to receive a 2 line comment on an email after having to chase it up for weeks.
Extremely unprofessional with no regard for the client.
