The Zed3 Medical Group well professional, respectful and transparent. The clinical professional I dealt with was Emma Whiteley, we were able to quickly establish a rapport which helped reduced my anxiety as we discussed stressful events that transpired during my career in the ADF. Between the unprofessional and retraumatising Psychs and the poor administration and customer service, I feel called to let other veterans to know to avoid this place like the plague.

I sent 3 emails trying to coordinate an appointment, no response, no follow up.

A 'Doctor' showed up 40 mins late to an appointment and forced a date change, then rudely hung up on me when in a vulnerable state.

More unanswered emails and then getting brushed off when I call through.

A formal complaint was not even acknowledged, let alone responded to.
