Reception staff are brusque to the point of rudeness. No greeting, no smile. Very unpleasant people. This is nearly always the situation, not just today. They need urgent training in people skills. Attended today for a vaccination, provided free for over 70s by government. The $30 practice fee was a surprise. I wonder why some people can't afford / don't get vaccinated when faced with these charges.

The receptionist was not welcoming when we arrived. Not a friendly demina.
The appointment was 30 minutes late-- a 930 am appointment started at 10 05 am. No notice/apology from staff as I had other commitments that had to be changed'
Consultation with Dr John P was satisfactory
My wife's appointment at 1030am with Dr Tim was not until 1050am -again no apology

Dr Brown is very understanding and kind. He provides great individualised care for every member in my family. He is clear, concise and honest, he also has a lovely personality which makes it easy for my children to open up to him and feel safe in his care. We have been seeing Dr Brown for over 6 years now and absolutely love him as our GP!

Very happy with the clinic. Was seen quickly and great reception service.
Dr. Wong was fantastic, went for a skin check and he was very thorough and explained to me the different types of moles I should look out for.

I saw Dr Reiham Ibrahim for a Skin Cancer check at YourGP@Crace. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff were welcoming and very efficient. Dr Ibrahim immediately put me at ease and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. For my first visit I would highly recommend this surgery. I will be returning.

Efficient check in and systems, no double entry paper documents etc. Dr John Creer is a pro, 10 minutes from arrival and vasectomy was done! Makes you confident your little fellas are going to be looked after.
