- Extremely poor service
- Changing case managers all the time
- No one takes the responsibility, my mum is without professional cleaner for long time, they always make excuse.
- I have asked for carer more than 2 months ago, they are not able to provide carer either.

Appalling customer service. Very difficult to talk to staff..either off that day or at training or at a meeting. Rarely return calls. Lengthy delays in receiving reimbursement for approved expenses.

Case managers are unreliable
Don’t get back to you efficiently
Yourside has changed and unfortunately not for the better
Cancel service for mums care and they don’t have replacements which is shocking
Not good enough they take a service fee and not providing the services required
Making it so hard just to get a toilet raiser I need an occupational therapist and they take a charge out of mum package …
