I was very happy with this service. I had both my son and daughter assessed for autism here. Both by different people. I was so happy with everyone. The administration was always kind and worked with me. My kids felt comfortable and heard, as I did. I was nervous finding someone to appropriately assess my kids. I have really enjoyed my experience at Your Mind Matters, although I have never attended the clinic in person (telehealth sessions) I always feel welcomed and supported. Annick is a fantastic psychologist with a warm persona and good sense of humour who challenges and encourages me every step of the way. She is so friendly and easy to talk to, so I highly recommend her if you are looking for a psychologist. Sue is also an amazing receptionist who is always friendly and personable. Amazing service overall.
