Terrible service; explained to reception precisely what I wanted over the phone and after discussing with colleagues the receptionist came back to me and advised what I asked for was possible, through them, and I needed a referral. I went for an appointment with their doctors and was told that what I wanted was, in fact, not possible.

They essentially lied to get me through the door and then forced me to pay for the appointment.

I would be very skeptical about using the services from this place based on my experience. Even when the need is clearly, explicitly explained and you’re given the green light on what you’ve asked for; they could be wrong or outright lying.

There was no attempt to rectify this from the clinic. I ended up leaving with hay-fever tablets despite explaining most tablets I’ve tried over the years not working.

Doctor was also uninterested and pretty adamant that the reception wouldn’t have offered me something they don’t provide. Yet the call would have been, or should have been, recorded l.

Do not recommend at all.

Way too expensive, greedy practice. I keep getting charged over $100 for every visit. Every time I call I’m waiting 5-10 minutes for a response or need to call back later. Service is very average.

My experience overall was quite good until Dr Lalani retired. Since then overall the experience has not been good. My biggest disappointment was being denied medication from my Dr even though my specialist had asked me to acquire it (antibiotics)in preparation for a procedure but mosly for they way that some of the reception staff treat patients. One receptionist thought it was acceptable to announce across the waiting room why I was there or why I needed to make a follow up appointment. Where has confidentially and compassion gone?

Dr Lasitha is the worst Dr I have ever seen, he googled to see what to prescribe... very expensive too they charged me $150 for my appointment whichtook less than10 minutes...

This one star is against Dr Lalani I will never forget Wat she said to my partner 2 months before he past away from oesophegus cancer she sent him for an ultrasound and said when this comes back showing nothing you'll go away and not go to any other doctors because it's all in your head ? as I already mentioned he passed away 2 months later I would never go see her even if she was only doctor left she has no idea how to take to patients
