The doctor was extremely rude. He kept cutting me off and not allowing me to finish what I was saying or explaining how I was feeling. He was late but tried to rush me away as quick as possible. He gave no empathy or follow up questions or tried at all to discuss my history. I didn’t discuss everything I had planned to as I felt so uncomfortable speaking to him and having him cut me off. He didn’t show any active listening. I couldn’t even finish my sentences. I don’t recommend you see this dr Jacob Cook if you want a positive experience. Some dr’s are too clinical and have no humanity and he is one of them. He rushed me away in 5 minutes and they expected me to pay $90 when I have a health care card for a 5 minute appointment. It was sickening.

Saw Dr Lindy Ngo at Ashfield for my 2 year old as a new patient and she was absolutely lovely. My daughter has T1D and Dr Lindy made her feel so at ease and addressed all our needs. Such a perfect location, with plenty of parking. Not to mention the reception staff were just incredible and helpful. Honestly the BEST doctor/practice we’ve been to. X
