I found going to Youngify such a worthwhile experience that I got immeasurable benefit from.

I had a non-standard sciatica condition which developed into a painful spasming calf where I couldn’t walk 400m without a cane. While traditional physios helped with the original sciatica, they were unable to address the calf pain.

I gave Youngify a go, and Michael’s diagnosis was spot on in our first session, and in just over 2 weeks, his treatment resulted in me returning to walking pain free and unlimited distance. A miracle!

Michael also helped with lingering and persistent sacrum and hamstring pain, and I’m back to living a normal active life - I’m so grateful to him.

As well as his expert hands on treatment, Michael educates you to understand how the brain, nerves and muscles work to manifest pain, and with the knowledge I gained, and I felt we worked as a team to resolve my pain issues. Michael’s philosophy is that everyone’s pain is different, so he listens to you, analyses, tests and measures to find the root cause of your specific pain problem. Definitely not a cookie cutter approach!

I came to Michael desperate for a solution to my chronic post foot surgery heel pain and also chronic shoulder pain that no one else had a solution for. He listened, he believed what I was telling him and he gave me hope.
My heel pain is no longer and my shoulder is proving to be stubborn but much improved. Prior to seeing Michael I was on increasing amounts of pain killers for my shoulder. I now no longer need pain killers and have the confidence that with time and a few more visits to Michael I will be back to lifting weights soon.

Hi all
I met Micheal from Youngify on the Internet about 3 weeks ago and read an article about what his treatments actually does. At first thought, I said this is different physio that does neuropathy, I had not heard of this treatment before. After 30 plus years of lower back pain and spasms and had spent lots and lots of money on the best, physiotherapists, chiropractors, pain specialist, acupuncturists, muscular skeletal specialists [that wanted to inject cortisone inside my spinal cord] one of them did several glucose injections in my back muscles [which did nothing at all], pain specialists, renowned back surgeons and did cortisone injections l3 l5 during under CT scan. Etc.
What I can say is I was going mad; nothing was working for me and all of them were giving me a different opinions and diagnoses of my spasms and pains.
I decided to try Micheal from Youngify . I called him, told him my story and he said he could get me pain free within 2-3 weeks of treatments. At first, I thought well I have heard this before, but I decided to try it.
After a couple of 1-hour treatments already I noticed my spasms and pains were 20-30 percent better. Michael's technique is amazing it surely was working. After a few weeks treatments, my spasms and pain are 99% gone and I actually can bend down and touch my toes [ which I hadn't done for many many years. I was so happy after years of suffering finally I am so much better.

Would highly recommend booking in a appointment with Michael as he was able to diagnose my ongoing injury within 5 minutes of seeing him after many incorrect diagnosis from multiple medical professionals which has caused long term suffering. After 9 sessions (17hrs total) Michael has now given me a new lease on life, he thinks outside of the box and is determined to find out the real reason behind your pain. He is a compassionate and understanding and genuinely cares about his patients. You won't regret seeing him.

I developed Tennis Elbow in November 2020. My right elbow/forearm had deteriorated over about a month to the point I had little strength and could not play golf, or perform basic tasks around the home without severe pain.

Between November 20 and April 21, I saw 3 different Physiotherapists all with similar approaches to the problem. I was told it was difficult to resolve and could take 6 months or even longer to recover. The treatment was a series of strength building exercises of the arm + heat and/or ice with some rest.

I had some short term improvements but then my condition actually worsened. Finally I went to see Youngify, where Michael (and Nathan) had an initial review of the issue with treatment exploration and after 1 hour was confident they could help. Now for what to me was a miracle. In 1 week of some rapid fix treatment, my pain was 98% gone and strength was back! In the 2nd week I was almost 100%!
