Doctors are good. But the front desk staff and who ever runs this place are absolutely useless at efficiency.. if you come here expect a 2hr to 3hr waiting time, even after being told youre not far off going in. Everytime we have ever come here we have waited a minimum of 1.5 hours. Coming here you may aswell clear youre entire day as you will be here for most of it. Never seen a medical centre thats so absolutely incompetent at following scheduales and the little to no information passed onto patients about the waiting time.. eg: if youre running 2 hrs late, call the patients and let them know rather than have them sit there all day. Not happy

Dr Larcomb is a wonderful, caring Dr who provided excellent palliative care for my mother. Highly recommended.

My wife had to wait 2 hours to see the obstetrician. She rang beforehand to ask how the appointments were tracking but was told to arrive on time for the nurse to take her stats and then to ask reception how long the wait was. Having done that and waiting 30mins for the nurse she then asked how much longer until she would see the dr. She was told there were still 5 people in front of her but they would be quick so don't leave. it wasn't until a full hour and a half until the dr called her in. To add to this we checked again with reception at the hour and 45 mark and they said 'you are next after the current patient', only for the dr to then call in another lady in. a 2hr wait and misguiding staff is not fair.

Great doctors. To bad about the one hour plus waiting times, EVERY TIME. If the doctors are running an hour behind why not call the patients and explain the wait times. Not hard to keep people informed. What's the point of appointments, just say come in morning or the afternoon, if it's to hard.

Come for a 2:30 appointment and spent 3 hours here.

After one and half hour wait in isolation still staff was not sure how long more 2 yr old child need to wait to see doctor such poor system they have no heating in isolation rooms. And staff was so ok if i leave without see doctor . Pls do not book appointments if u have no staff.

Had an 11:30 appointment and took over 2 hours to see the doctor, not happy! How can they be running behind only 2 and a half hours into the day. and still be told that there is 3 people still ahead of you. Seriously need to look at the management there and fix it. keeping people waiting is not fair as we too have lives to live as well!

Staff are always very friendly and helpful, which was great for me - being new to town and new to the medical centre. Have never had to wait more than 15mins past my appointment time. 🙂

We have been seeing Dr Edwin Kwan for some time now and find him not the type of doctor to beat around the bush his very up front explaining everything very clear so as patients we understand exactly steps by step what is happening and why It’s happening I’ve got to say his the best doctor I have ever come across in young and for that matter in the hole of the Riverina highly recommend him. 5 big stars from us
