Great course. Every other course i looked into were 3 lessons over 4 weeks. This is 3 in 3 which is great if you are on a strict timeline. Couldn't recommend this course and instructor highly enough.

I recently completed a course program with You Group at the Diamond Valley Learning Centre, with Cheryl as our Instructor. All I can say is, Cheryl made us all feel welcome, at ease and not judgemental. My various contacts such as speaking and liaising with Dan at You Group have all been helpful. So thank you for the wonderful support and knowledge you all have given me.

As they say, never to old to learn. Deb M clearly & simply educated ALL in the session & yummy food . Breaks n check ins✔to acknowledge our own space, if topic was 2 sensitive to individuals . This brought much needed professional information, for Volunteers to understand peoples personal struggles with Mental Health & how to approach with keeping self safe. Very relaxed & extremely fitting for today's changes. I see how it can affect any1 anytime & its not always related 2 Drugs/Alcohol. Great to know, You-Group offer wide variety of courses. Next I plan to do First Aid for Mental Health. This is exactly what Our society needs-full basic understanding 👏

I completed the Mental Health First Aid training over two days. It was such a wonderful environment to learn in. The delivery was fantastic, and the staff are absolutely lovely. There was a lot to learn and those two days flew by very quickly. It was a great learning experience, and I highly recommend You-Group as well as the training.

I just completed my Mental Health First Aid training with Wayne over two days. It was very organised and professional with a friendly and welcoming environment throughout the training. I liked the balance of delivery which included getting up and participating in small tasks, group discussions, watching videos and of course listening to our instructor. I really learnt some valuable insights based on current industry knowledge and statistics. I feel more empowered to facilitate mental health discussions and from a HR perspective, it helped me to understand how I could implement/improve strategies in the workplace. This training is really for anyone, and I honestly believe everyone should do it. I highly recommend people complete the Mental Health First Aid Training with You Group. Thanks guys!
