Tanuja is very knowledgeable, she guided us through safe poses tailored for each stage of pregnancy. After few weeks, I noticed a significant improvement in my flexibility and relaxation levels and helped in my chronic hip pain.

Excellent classes, focused on rejuvination of mind body and soul. There are different classes for meditation and relaxation, thyroid and weight
management, spinal and posture alignment. Pramod ji and his team of yogis are very skilled. Im enjoying every bit of it.
