As someone who has undergone two back surgeries and four ablations, along with experiencing Modic changes in my back, I have been living with chronic pain for over eight years. I first consulted Cathy just over a year ago after three unsuccessful IVF attempts. We did weekly acupuncture sessions and Cathy also advised me on alterations to my diet and lifestyle to support my hormones naturally.

When my next cycle came around Cathy was completely accommodating to my schedule. We did a session the day before egg collection and the morning of embryo transfer.

Cathy was just as excited as my husband and I were when we received the positive pregnancy test result.

I continued acupuncture sessions throughout my pregnancy (initially weekly, then monthly, and then weekly again as my due date neared). I had an extremely easy pregnancy and labour.
