I’m quite surprised at the number of 5 star ratings here on Google - I do question the fact that one of the GPs working here has left himself a 5 star review, and there are at least 3 more 5 star reviews from accounts with the same surnames as the two GPs at the clinics (accounts which have posted no other reviews).

I booked an appointment here with Dr Ritthy Sovann as this was the only clinic with last minute availability over the weekend.

He was cold and dismissive from the get-go. In fact, he didn’t even get up to call me in from the waiting room, but rather called my name while sitting inside his office. Given it was my first time at the clinic, I wasn’t sure which room to enter.

He also didn’t bother to greet me or introduce himself, rather he just stared at me blankly and waited for me to speak. The consultation itself probably lasted 3-4 minutes and the entire encounter left a bad taste in my mouth.

Our family is receiving treatment from Dr. Sovann. We moved from Melbourne a year ago, and we feel extremely fortunate to have been referred to him. He is very kind and clear in his explanations. Recently, he accurately diagnosed a problem my husband was facing, which has been a great help to him. We are truly grateful to Dr. Sovann. He is the best doctor in Perth!

Would confidently recommend Dr Ritthy Sovan to anyone. My first impression of the clinic walking in is that he has loads of patient waiting for him, so I was scared that I would not be given enough time when it was my turn. Dr Ritthy Sovann is an excellent in all facets of my health which beleive me I have very many Complex medical conditions that most GP’s are incapable to handle. (My GP before Dr Sovann quit because she could no longer cope with the volume of care I needed and just incapable of serving me in a professional Capacity.

He Caring and responsible goes out of his way to trying and get my many complex issues felt with and sadly for both of us are organised and have current plans in place however as soon as there are pasted on to the correct state Hospital for what the issue is . IT ALL FALLS APART THEY ARE ALL SO VERY INCOMPEDENT NOTHING WE TRY TO SORT AFTER ON THROUGH THE LAST 18 months still has not been solved . Still waiting on referrals from 2019. GREAT HEY.
But he never quits just keep sending and sending what’s happening to the various departments that I need to see, and he like myself never ever get responses back from anyone
