I ordered microlife thermometer.They sent a lot cheaper brand Surgipack thermometer with the invoice of microlife brand which is intentionally cheating a customer.See picture.I only ordered two items and they should not make that mistake .I will report to NSW fair trade if they don't change the brand I ordered.

Previously, I didn't have the greatest experience with yes medical on my first order.

But after being contacted by their customer service, they assured me this was a one-time problem with issues on their system. I'm placing another order and will report back with another review after delivery.
