Dr Tim Bresseleers has been my doctor for 8 + years and even though i have moved to the northside i still continue to see him. He has been the most caring and kind doctor i have ever delt with and has helped and supported me the whole time. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Booked in an appointment and it was pointless. Had to wait for an hour, and what was more frustrating is the fact that people who arrive later than I do all ended up seeing the doctor.

The receptionist lied bluntly to my face saying that it would be my turn next for the doctor. And instead another patient who was later than I am went in before me.

Horrible service and I feel discriminated.

Dr Abi is consistently amazing and I'm so glad I've found such a brilliant regular GP! She is almost always on time (which is not an easy feat if you know how busy this GP practice is), super friendly and approachable. Dr Abi always takes the time to actively listen to my concerns, even if its something small, and I leave the appointments feeling reassured and listened to. Could not rate her more highly 🙂

My family and I are have been going here for nearly 11yrs now, actually since they just newly opened. We have been moved suburbs but never changed our Doctors, we tried but no one can beat Dr Tim. He is really amazing, very professional, thorough and always made sure we get proper care and help. From looking at hospitals that will accept me to give birth (got refused in all hospitals because of my visa status) 3weeks before i give birth i got approved for medicare and Dr Tim straight away reaching for few hospitals. I’m forever grateful of his help, he goes above and beyond. Very punctual too, higly recommended if you are looking for a sincere and genuine doctor.

This had been my regular GP for over 12 years! My doctor herself was amazing, and caring.

Unfortunately towards the end the (newish) receptionist had gotten incredibly rude. This seems to have happened to a lot of patients according to the reviews, along with the long wait times, when you need to book over a week in advance due to how busy this practice is. Ultimately I had to find a new GP due to this practice deciding they are not going to continue bulk billing. This is incredibly problematic as I am a full-time student and cannot afford their fees.

Finally a clinic that caters to those who work business hours and can’t always take a day off work to go to a doctor’s appt. The extended hours are hugely appreciated. There are no complaints about Drs, reception staff are good though the one male receptionist could do with a bit of ‘empathy’ training - to him it is a job; to us it’s a place we have no desire to be at.

It’s not the cleanest reception - simple fix - may want to have ONE bulletin board for all the notices sticky taped everywhere.
