I have been going to the family practise for many years they are very professional it can be hard to get a appointment at times but the great and friendly receptionist do their best to get you a appointment. I have found the Doctor's and nurses to be friendly and very professional. I would like to to thank all the team for years of professional service. After hearing so many good things about Dr Kaverjit I am so disappointed. Third time seeing him and each time I’m left more confused. Dr Kaverjit has no bedside manner or care. Getting information from him feels like extracting teeth. Maybe once he was the doctor everyone raves about but now he’s bogged under hundreds of patience with 0 care or communication. I’m not alone in feeling this, I’ve heard this from many ex patients. A real shame.

Reception are unfriendly, the phone hardly ever gets answered and twice straight they have been more than an hour late without so much as a sorry. They intentionally overbook and keep you waiting even with a baby. They admitted once to knowing they were over an hour behind all day but never called to let us know to come a little later so we weren’t waiting around. The place is busy because there are a lack of doctors in the area so it seems they stopped caring about their patients. It seems they also squeeze in phone consults between patients. The only positive is they generally have decent Doctors once you finally get to see them.

Was told prior to booking my appointment by reception that I wouldn't be charged for a recall fee regarding test results unless I needed a referral. Got to the counter post my appointment and I was charged a consult fee... Had another test done a week later, got a recall and results were normal but was "requested" by the doctor to come in for an appointment. I instead rang and asked for my results over the phone. The total phone call was a duration of 4 minutes and was charged another consult fee off $90. This is an excellent place to go if you want to be ripped off.

A massive wait for every appointment we've had, over an hour each time. Nurses are wonderful, however I felt the gps didn't care or help with our issues. Would be more understanding if it was a one off but its been 4 times.

Recently moved from Sunshine Coast to B Yeppoona and I was able to have Dr Julian Gregory as my new GP, easy to get on with, nursing staff treated my wounds and were very nice and no problems with office staff

Very Ordinary Service.
Called at 8.30 to make an appointment telling reception that I needed a medical certificate. They booked me a telephone appointment for 10am. Waited and waited and called them twice.
Eventually Dr Wilson called me at 3.30pm 5 1/2 HOURS AFTER THE APPOINTMENT TIME and told me I needed to present to the clinic cause he couldn't do a medical certificate via a phone appointment.
NOT HAPPY.
The second star is for DR Millie, she's really great when you can get her.

For someone who works during the week and no time to do anything else its suits me just fine or get the HotDoc app and manage or book your next appointment. So its convinient for me to see my Doctor after work. Although sometimes you may have to wait, for me its ok.
