I was only staying 1 night thank goodness. The room was unclean with mildew patches on the wall, the bathroom dilapidated with a dripping shower. Towels and pillows old and grey but the bed sheets looked clean. The place needs a complete overhaul. I won't stay again not at any price.

Disappointed. Bed good. Towels great. Restaurant not operating. Wifi not working. Sink badly stained. Old chocolate wrapper in floor near bedside table. Fridge on and off all night. Blind broken.

Over priced. Very run down and outdated. Bathroom basin leaked on the floor when using the tap. Bathroom door didn’t close. Shower curtain hanging off. Not clean by basic standards. Power point moved off wall when removing plug. Growth behind bathroom door. Plaster patches not sanded or painted on wall and roof. Bed head and window sill very dusty. Spa bath was gross. $165 per night for that. Really dissatisfied.

Checked in after a long 7 hour drive expecting comfort at $155 per night. FYI we stayed in a great hotel in Melbourne city for $120 for 2 twin share and $147 at a resort on Phillip Island. This is an absolute rip off. Got told ‘we’ve upgraded you to a queen and 2 single beds’. The lamp shades didn’t work and the TV was dead. I felt bad for the lovely guy on reception trying to rectify the situation. He moved us to a smaller room where the hair dryer was missing. The cupboards look like they’ve been eaten by mice and the huge sign that said HDTV was a lie. I could not get any visual on any HD channel. Very cheap and basic old tvs. It looks like the roof nearly fell apart so they’ve tried to plaster and paint over it.

Very basic room for the price of $130. Really needs some work, broken switches, bugs in the lights, curtains falling off, broken tiles. You have to unplug the microwave in order to plug in the tv! AC worked well. I would stay again for a basic room, but it’s overpriced and would be more reasonable at $110.

Pretty great not too shabby for a motel, super easy being able to check in and check out when you need to leave early. Would definitely stop here again.
