Arrived via ambulance, immediately had my green whistle taken from me and no alternative pain relief offered. Once dr finally saw me I was told there was no reason for me to be in pain, he then locked me in a consult room with my back to the door in a wheelchair with no way of escaping for 20 minutes. Got abused by senior nurse when I cried out for help. After further treatment in Canberra turns out I’d torn my meniscus and the flap was trapped in my knee joint needing surgery to fix. No reason to be in pain at all!

This was a locum dr, have been to Yass ED before and can’t speak highly enough of Dr Gary Jones. Only good thing about the place.

If my life was in danger, I would rather die than ever be sent here again.
