We loved the historic vibe. The rooms were warm and toasty during the winter. Pet freindly. Beautiful back garden.

My host was very welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room is gorgeous and I could easily stay longer. There is beautiful period peace furnishings, a comfy bed, great breakfast set up, well planned and decorated kitchen and lovely old style bathroom. Original floor tiles and beautiful polished wood floors make this a very comfortable place to be. There is a lovely garden and I could imagine this place being very suitable for families also. I highly recommend this bed-and-breakfast as a place to stay.

We had a lovely stay. You can tell the owners care about their guests. The property is super clean and comfortable. We felt our room was prepared with love and care. The location is great too, very easy to find. Check in was really easy and communication with reception was great too. We would definitely recommend this bed and breakfast.

Nothing was a drama. We arrived late and the keys were easy to access, the lights were on and so was the heater.

They were more then happy to have my dogs there and at no extra charge.

Beautiful B & B with a lovely presentation. Highly recommend this beautiful place.

This was a nice and roomy B and B. Very cold when we arrived, but just took minutes to warm up. The continental breakfast provided was great, and the amenities everything you need. There was parking just outside and it was within walking distance of shops.

5 out of 5 for the most amazing, yet low cost B&B in Yass.||Our hosts Shobha & Gareth were most welcoming and couldn’t do more than what they had already offered, even sharing some of their private area.||Their accommodation was well above our expectations and we will certainly be discussing our stay with many friends and family.||Spacious comfortable bedroom, great sitting room.||Whilst in the on the Main Street of Yass, close by there were restaurants, Soldiers Club and many other shops to support your stay.

This place is hopeless, not even a towel for a shower, breakfast options are garbage, no tv in bedroom…the nostalgia is unique…terrible experience
