Absolutely the most compassionate and caring veterinary hospital I've seen.

They were accommodating, provided after care, and safe spaces for cats and dogs in the waiting room.

They genuinely want the best for your pet and have lots of advice.

You can tell that everyone there loves animals.

I cannot thank the Yanchep vet team enough, took amazing care of my little one just before Christmas which had me very worried for her and also the financial side.

The nurses were amazing as well as the reception who did everything they could to make sure my dog was taken care of and information given to me about her.

Dr. sam is a fantastic vet and i really cannot be more thankful for her treatment of my pooch.

We have been taking our german shepherd, Kai, to Yanchep Vet since he was a pup. We have had to attend on a few occasions (twice at very short notice due to sudden injuries). Dr Sam has gone above and beyond every single time to make sure our boy is looked after. They are a very busy practice, and Dr Sam always seems to be working well past her scheduled hours to ensure as many pets are cared for as possible.

I have, sadly, read some negative reviews regarding Dr Sam, which led me to write this review. She is a very straight talker who clearly cares hugely about the animals she cares for. I believe some people are unable to handle being told directly that they are doing something incorrectly with their pet and end up getting offended. I commend Dr Sam for being direct and ensuring the best outcome for the animal. She has been very straight with me, and I have taken her advice on board for the better of my boy!

The front office staff are also always consistently friendly and personable. They always know who Kai is and give him all the love. It's just a shame that some humans are so quick to get insulted and defensive.

I would just like to say that I was very impressed with the service and the staff are so nice.
My dog isla enjoyed munching through the treats while having her vaccination.
I was recommended to this veterinary practice by my daughter who again was very impressed.

I cannot thank and praise all the staff at Yanchep Veterinary Hospital enough! This afternoon our beloved 12 year old cat Duke became ill, very suddenly, and after ringing 4 other vets in the local area who couldn’t see him, watching him rapidly decline whilst making phone calls to try get him into a vet, these guys didn’t hesitate to say “bring him now, we’ll see him”!!

It was about a 15 minute drive and they were waiting at the door when we arrived and immediately took our cat through to triage and took us and our children to a private room while they assessed him. It became clear very quickly that he wasn’t going to make it and we were invited to come say our goodbyes. The genuine compassion we felt from every staff member there did not go unnoticed. We are so shocked at how quickly it all happened but so grateful to the vet and veterinary staff that cared for our beloved pet in his final moments. Thank you 🙏🏻

Sam wanted to AMPUTATE my dogs tail for a cut to the tip. Took him to Brighton vet for a second opinion and was advised that not even stitches were required, just a bandage with padding.

The team at Yanchep Veterinary Hospital are great. This is my first dog which I decided to get after my wonderful wife of many years recently passed and went to the Lord.
