Very poor service.
I needed a quick help with dressing my finger or at least an advice on stopping the bleeding before going to clinic or hospital as they're a distance away and being heavily pregnant bleeding was heavier but this pharmacy had no idea on what to provide and told me they CAN NOT HELP ME. What a shame.
Thankfully 777 pharmacy in the shopping centre assisted me with advice and support.

I visited Yanchep Community Pharmacy this morning, and I must commend the wonderful service provided by a lady there. From the moment we walked in, she greeted me and my family with a warm and friendly smile that instantly made us feel welcome.

I absolutely love the feeling i get when I walk into chemist, and love the offer of coffee while I wait for my scripts.
When being served it's on such a personal level, the team generally care about how your feeling and go above and beyond to cater for your needs.

Customer sevice is top notch even on a busy day they are quick and efficient.

Love this chemist! I have been coming here for years, always friendly and helpful staff.
Had another great experience today when I rang up to see if they had a particular item I needed, unfortunately didnt have, but Helen knew exactly what I was talking about and recommend something else, which was perfect!

Where can you go where all the staff know your name!!

Fantastic friendly and professional service and advice, nothing is too much trouble and the staff have never ever been grumpy in the 5 years I have been going there!

They also have fabulous gifts and some really gorgeous pieces that you just would not expect so brilliant if you are looking for a gift without have to leave Yanchep!

Absolutely love this chemist and the amazing staff members !! An older lady named Helen who is very sweet has always gone above and beyond to help me and even chats to my kids and gives them a lollie while we are waiting. I never go to any other chemist now.
