I had a disappointing experience at this clinic. While I understand that waiting areas can be challenging, I was shocked to see the TV playing graphic news coverage of war, and bombings, which my kids were exposed to. When I asked to change the channel, I was told they couldn't find the remote, which is unacceptable.

Additionally, my autistic child had a meltdown in the car and refused to come inside. Instead of showing compassion, the receptionist insisted he come inside and check in and couldn’t unless they saw him, when they could have easily come seen him outside in the car distressed. So I had to go back to the car and try to calm him down before walking him in to add to the wait list.

I had to plead for an ultrasound referral for my son, who has been seen multiple times for abdominal pain but was repeatedly dismissed with a "constipation" diagnosis, despite my concerns that it could be something else as his stools are regular and of normal consistency. Thankfully, I eventually got the referral, for a simple ultrasound to determine if it in fact is constipation, but it felt like a struggle. I've always had positive experiences at this clinic, but this visit was very disappointing.

A wonderful team at Gundu pa from the reception staff to the nurses, security and Doctor. Yes we waited, but we expected too, but the service was exceptional. The staff were friendly, professional and very helpful.
I would definitely go back for any minor issues.

My daughter visited the clinic this morning and was treated very disrespectfully by the doctor, she had a covered and infected sore on her breast area. He didn't even remove the covering and told her it was from fat rubbing together, after she removed the covering the doctor said oh yes it was an infection. He squeezed it very hard and drained it and packed the hole very roughly.
He prescribed antibiotics but couldn't work out the dose for oral medicine, that is basic nursing training.
My daughter left very upset and humiliated, we won't be in a hurry to come back.

So grateful for GunduPa..I had another visit there late last night with a grandchild following an accident. We were seen quickly and as usual, the staff were competent, caring, and communicated well. Thank you again for this great, local service.

Had swelling of hand after getting stung by multiple wasps. Doctor checked over. Gave me scripts I needed. Was very good waited less then 15 mins. Also nurse and receptionist were great as well.

Went there Monday morning. Under my eye was swollen and sore. Dr told me to go to emergency eye clinic at P A Hospital. I argued with him saying it’s not my eye it’s underneath on my upper cheek. I told him I’d been bitten by something. He gave me a referral to PA.
I went to my local optometrist and he had a look and said the same thing it is not in my eye. So I return to Gunda Pa and have to wait at least 2 hrs to see another dr and he tells me my eye is infected and gives me a script for antibiotics. I told him I’ve been bitten by something, he tells me if it goes up anymore to go to PA eye emergency clinic immediately. On Tuesday morning I wake up and I can hardly see out of my eye. Get to pa hospital and wait 9.5 hrs to see anyone. They look and said I have a skin irritation and keep taking antibiotics. If it doesn’t go down by Friday get another script. Friday came bite isn’t getting any better, I manage to get into my dr and he immediately says I have had a bad reaction to a wasp bite. And gives me a script and says it will cleared in 4 days. I will never go to Gunda pa again and I will be making a formal complaint regarding the misdiagnosis and stuff around they gave me. Wouldn’t you think an insect bite would be doctoring 101. Obviously not. This place is government funded by taxpayer $ and they can’t diagnose a bad reaction to wasp bite.
