I wouldn't take my pets 2 this place. Never trust a trainee dr even if someone is standing by. I can't walk after a bad mishap from this surgery

The person I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and sarcastic. I was calling to find out an appointment for a relative and the "female" who answered replied "I can't give you that information as I don't know" to which I replied, "can you please look it up". A simple reply of, I'll check for you, not the sarcastic remark I got was unnecessary. Very unprofessional and a bad impression for the Medical Centre. Definitely need lessons on phone etiquette.

Read the only current true review on this Clinic. It begins with "the staff are self absorbed" this is an understatement. The female staff also made a fake account and accused Alex of spreading misinformation. This is a deceitful clinic where the admin staff bored at the overencumbering task that is booking appointments into a roster. This staff us confidential information as their office gossip and if they make any mistake you must accept that financial responsibility of their mistakes and if you don't you will be threatened with "me too movement" style allegations of abuse, threatened to not been seen by a GP (in a rural indigenous community , I am indigenous) and an array of other truamatising ordeals you will never want to have In your life when you are simply seeking medical assistance from a practising doctor. Stay away from this place until they decide to treat patients with respect because they have caused a great deal of pain and suffering for me when my doctor began practising from this practice, that I never experienced in my life before I had to deal with the airhead self absorbed self centred delusional staff doing the admin role their. They clearly know nothing about people, community and respect. STAY AWAY KEEP YOUR FAMILY SAFE FROM THIS TOXIC PLACE

I saw Dr Erica Dean today, she is an asset to your practice. By far the best Dr I’ve seen on the South Coast in 6years.

Staff are self absorbed, indifferent, unapproachable, obviously staff are too secure in their employed position . Customers deserve better considering without them their jobs would not be available on the first place.
