15/11/24 Open Today! New location 30m from the previous location - now inside new build renovation area inside Priceline Pharmacy at the bottom of the escalator from George and Liverpool St corner. I was told the new place is bigger and has 7 doctor’s rooms.

[Previously] Looks like a lot of fake reviews here - clues: 1 review, 1 star, the word 'definitely' - haters are usually rivals - for me, this is my regular GP clinic - Galina is good - the usual wait especially if you don't have an appointment - Elsa from China has some cultural 'communication' issues - so I book appointuit app for Galina.

My daughter was involved in a minor emergency this morning. After registration we were soon seen by one of the kindest doctors I have ever met. She quickly recognised we were feeling traumatised and anxious and was very gentle and efficient with my little girl. We left feeling reassured and in better spirits. Grateful for the help we received and I would come back without a moment’s hesitation.

Dr. Indira saved my life!! I am so grateful. She is so kind, caring, and very experienced, and very straightforward brutally honest when she disagrees with some stupid medical/health decisions ive made, which was necessary and I appreciate a lot. She also helped me all throughout my series of unfortunate journeys. Ive been to more than 30 GPs in so many places in Sydney and I've never met any other GP better than her so far. Shes just an amazing person.

Dr. Galina is very kind person. She's my Doctor for several years.
P.S I don't know why the medical centre has to moved to a priceline and no more GP work on Saturday and Sunday.

$90 for walk in, $120 for yearly membership fee and they did not tell you the membership fee before I booked the appointment and only informed me when I returned the second day. If you are sick, call the ambulance. This medical denies the right of Australian citizens seeking medical care when they are a bulked bill clinic and charge yearly membership for seeing a doctor. Since when a medical centre becomes a gym that requires patients to be a member?

The customer service staff is horrendous. I Called before the appointment to confirm what I’d be charged. Was quoted a certain amount by someone on the phone. Who was already being very rude and inconvenienced about basic questions. Then showed up after travelling and taking time off work only to find out they were going to be charging me twice of that instead. They made me pay in advance for the appointment. And then when I asked for a refund they didn’t even give me the full money back. For an Appointment I didn’t even take. What a waste of time, money and effort.

I must say, Dr. Elsu Liu was the worst GP I've ever encountered! To the girls from China, she embodies the worst stereotypes of a female gynecologist! Do not choose her! She completely lacks empathy. I went there for my first gynecological check-up, something I had mentally prepared for a long time, and was genuinely nervous about. I was hoping for a friendly doctor to make my first experience less awful, choosing this GP because there was no language barrier and some reviews on Little Red Book led me to her. However, my humble demeanor seemed to signal to her that I was clueless, treating me like an idiot! During the examination, she failed to explain the procedure clearly, leading me to place the sample in the wrong container. She blamed me terribly and kept rushing to finish the consultation. I arrived on time and even waited nearly 20 minutes past my appointment! Yet, she wanted to compress my consultation time to catch up with subsequent appointments. I completely agree with the online comments about bad experiences with this GP. If you're a girl who's never had a gynecological check-up before and are nervous about it, do not choose this doctor! She made the experience even worse. However, the receptionist was very friendly and patient, thankfully making this consultation not a total disaster.

Typical conveyor belt, little customer service and general disinterest you would expect from a CBD based medical centre whose key focus seems to be get as many in and out as fast as possible. I went for a test and they said they would text or call me in 2-3 days when the results came in. I waited over two weeks. I eventually got fed up so I called myself. The lady said you’re results are here but we didn’t call you. I asked why and she said they usually wait until the paper version is sent, not just the electronic copy. I asked why I was told 2-3 days and she couldn’t answer. I was sick so it would have been nice to get my results when I actually needed them, would have gone somewhere else if I knew 2 weeks would have passed and no one call me. They obviously are either unorganised, have little concern for their patients, or both. I wouldn’t rush back there and if you want to build a relationship with a doctor, I wouldn’t try here.
