Update 25/05/2024 - Start your day with a relaxing and enjoyable massage with Tegan, who will really treat your body with the love and attention it is seeking, and it will thank you enormously when it is finished,as you will feel totally refreshed and stress free.

Very traumatic experience. I recently purchased a weight loss program which included 8 MULTILASE – LIPO + PLUS Sessions (over four weeks), Unlimited sauna and PEMF sessions (subject to availability) over 4 – 8 weeks and a massage. The practitioner is amazing and very dedicated the administration however is lacking. On my third visit I was told I could only have three saunas and it was with the help of my practitioner that I was eventually able to book the saunas I wanted - just not on the days I wanted. Now they are trying to make me pay for the massage saying it was an add on. They have not issued a receipt detailing the product I paid for and have removed the original add from the website telling me they cannot show it to me. No integrity and very stressful.

No stars really. Went to World of Wellbeing for oncology/ lymphatic massage post surgeries. Understood I could claim some fees back and received receipts that looked the part, with a provider number. Health fund rejected payment because the provider was not registered. Turns out that she was not sufficiently qualified. The main problem is that the service on offer is bunk. The (under qualified) masseuse spent too much time in faux diagnosis and not enough time massaging. She being unavailable when I went back, a different masseuse wasted time revisiting the inadequate notes and then performed "Bowen" therapy which is pure hocus pocus. Saw a top Lymphedema specialist who said that these "cures" are fantasy.

Love the feel of the place. Plus Michelle gives the most wonderful massages and hand reflexology. For someone who works at a computer all day, the hand reflexology helped to release tension and give me freer hand movement.

Arvinder is the most experienced Naturapath I have met. She has used a combination of homeopathy, naturopathy and ayuvedic treatment to address my health issues. Her wholistic approach is genuine and she really cares about getting results. I wouldn't go to anyone else.
