The shelves are so messy i worked in the Riverton store and each staff member would tidy and bring forward stock. This store is just lazy cant blame the staff as the Manager should enforce good practice.

Terrible customer service. They didn't print your receipts and told you to come back tomorrow. The young lady was good but the other lady has attitude. I have worked in woolies and I have never see a staff talk to their customer like she is..I will be back for the receipts..

Perth Zoo has changed since I was there last year roughly about this time. Playground for the kids, new cafe. We even got to see a tiger. I love Perth Zoo.

The staff at Yanchep Woolies are excellent. They listen to what you complain about, and they do their best to accomodate you - even if you made the mistake. Really fantastic customer service at the Yanchep branch.

What lovely lad Nathan is, helped me up when I got down to look for mints. Didn’t ask he just came over thank you. Hope I have the name right. Added note to management, why are mints and Barley sugar at the bottom these are generally older people sweets.

Three months ago I began to shop less at Woolworths Yanchep because the check out lady spent according to Woolworths 10 minutes to check out their customer whilst constantly chatting to her.

Sometimes the check out lady would actually stop working to speak to her. My assessment of time was a minimum of 14 minutes due to chatting to her before and after checkout.

On complaining to the store manager and then to another manager who had been visiting other branches, I was told that the customer purchased $200 worth of goods. I advised that there was a number of expensive bottles of milk. The woman behind me had 4 children with her and her trolley was almost overloaded.

I was and am disgusted for Woolworths reasoning on why the checkout lady could speak to the customer for so long between scanning items.

More annoying is that I let a young boy of approximately 6 years in front of me in the que. His mother and younger siblings had been waiting for him to be served.

Generally I purchase food daily or bi daily and admittedly never spend $200. My question is, what of the rest of us in the que. The little boy’s mother and siblings were a little dismayed as was the lady with 4 children and the full trolley. This lady gave her name and details to me as a witness.

Does money count to Woolworths management that much to inconvenience others. I was advised by the store manager that it is management that allows checkout people to be extra friendly to those spending more money.

When the self checkout has people waiting and there is only one checkout person on, I can now understand that we as customers in Woolworths view is that we should consider ourselves privileged to use their services.
