28 May early Wednesday Front counter person brown hair tied back... at single checkouts so rude like she didn't want to be there ... threw the vege into the packing area. We know it's hard to get staff but if they aren't grateful to have a job there's something seriously wrong... But just be courteous please! Nice spacious clean shop good value veges

Was travelling with motorhome's height of 3.2m. this woolsworths provides uncovered parking for large vehicle like us! Easy parking and shopping. Recommended!

On Wednesday 10th January 2025 I shopped at woolworths ooralea, as I was ready to checkout there was 1 checkout opened , and the lady that was on bibi I did not want to go through her I find her very rude I'd rather wait then be served by her, then they opened another checkout and I was served by Amanda and honestly it was actually the best experience I've had at a checkout in ooralea, she was happy asked how my day was, and when she packed my groceries she was so considerate, placed my bags in trolley i feel she went above and beyond

Delivery is useless third time half items were missing driver left bags in front yard said not his problem, in store shelf packing staff are in there own world , one hit my wife with the cart trolley because she was in his way was look straight at her when happened will never be shop here again

Was going to leave one star due to the reasons below;but put down three as everything else was fine. I went to the deli today, and I dared to question the price of chicken kievs lol. As a result, the deli lady got snarky and pissy at me.
Rachael seriously needs to work on her customer service skills. I was trying to say what a great deal the kievs were, she mistook what I was saying and got all impatient and sour with me. I work in retail and every single day I deal with customers and occasionally some of them P me off-but I don’t show them lol; I act professionally and treat them nicely.

Maybe someone could give Rachael some extra training..?this happened at 9.30am at Woolworth Rural view in the deli Monday September the 2nd.

My delivery was missing items but I found your service staff member Isabel Ryan from Woolworths Oralea was wonderful and went above and beyond to assist me in getting the items I needed delivered to me as I am unable to drive due to medical reasons.
This staff member displayed amazing customer service the sort of service that is very hard to find these days I really appreciated her help Woolworths you and your customers are very lucky to have such a wonderful member working for you who seems to truly care about her customers.

Recently I was shopping at Woolworths in Paget. I realised at the checkout I didn't have my credit card. I left my items and ran to my vehicle. I couldn't find it. A Woolworths employee must've noticed I was stressed. I was still searching for my card when I noticed he had my items. He'd paid for them and was handing them to me. This happened around 9pm wed 20/12. Just like to say a big thank you. And yes I finally did find my credit card days later. It had fallen down between the seats.
