If I could give less I would. Store is dirty, fruit and veg hardly ever fresh and if you speak to someone about it they just don’t care. No one answers phone when your trying to call for one of the many issues and sick of being surrounded by online pickers when there’s no one on check out

We brought a roast pork today for dinner and it was 70% fat with very little meat, no joke. For the price they charge for meat these days it's just not good enough. They're sausages are also tasteless, pick up your game, you charge the earth for groceries and make record profits, try giving back to the people for a change.

This morning went into do my weekly shop, not one person on checkout, apparently someone had called in sick, had to put $350 dollars worth through self checkout happens all the time, Cole’s it is now.

A direct to boot order and they missed a bag valued at $45 . When I called to ask if I could pick it up. As I would get to store right on closing as it took them 5 minutes in transferring my call and checking with management they said no. When I asked if I could come to door to pick up , I would be there 2 minutes at most past closing they said no. Very poor service if you can’t open the door for your own mistake

Fresh vegetables and fruits hourly. Easy to find store with plenty of checkouts . Deli has most cold cuts and seafood on hand. Bakery always seems to have their end well stocked. Cold section sometimes are low on things but not to often. This store is well staffed shelves always loaded. This is also a clean store .

Had everything I needed, friendly helpful staff and the lines at the checks weren't too bad. Had a few staffed checkouts as well which was great, especially if you don't like self serve. Overall very happy. Recommend.
