I went to Woolworths Karama on Wednesday, November 13th, 2024, around 1:10 pm. A lady near by the reception wearing a vest with ‘I’m here to help’ was very rude and had a bad attitude. If she isn’t happy with her job, she should be wearing a vest that says ‘I’m here to fight.’ Very disappointing shopping experience at Woolworth Karama. 👎

Very poor selection of deli products. 1/3 of the display windows are blocked out with black plastic. The range is shrinking every week. Will be moving our business to Coles at Marrara!!!!

No competition, service or safety. Or fresh vegetables that I could find. It appears most bakery items have been frozen then thought for your convenience. This area is also often unsafe. Definitely don't go near here if it's getting dark or at night.

The staff are amazing; broad range of products - usually in stock and reasonably priced. Pays to be a "Rewards" member (for the fuel discounts and inhouse rewards).
Just a pity regarding anti-social behaviour. People knock on your window in the carpark asking for change.

Big store this one, Karama has a rep but I found shopping there to be enjoyable, this includes other stores in the same complex.

Staff were friendly and helpful, especially for me as I am a visitor here and did not know where some of there products could be found. Clean store, sale items were the same here as in Brisbane. Found other items to be much the same price as home also. Happy to have shopped here. Good Easter display, lots of eggs, hot cross buns and novelty items. Happy Easter.
