It's incredibly disappointing that this store only offers self-serve checkouts after 4 pm — especially in a mining town where many shift workers and older residents rely on accessible, efficient service. Expecting customers to process large shops in cramped self-serve spaces is frustrating and impractical.

The lack of staff during busy hours is unacceptable, and the store manager's refusal to roster checkout staff simply to avoid paying overtime is a poor reflection of the company's priorities. For a multimillion-dollar corporation, this level of service is disgraceful. Communities deserve better.

Have been very disappointed with the way they operate their business. After 4 there are no registers open for large trolleys of food etc. have to either go through the self serve which is does not have the capacity the for a lot of goods at a time or the aisle for a little shopping what is not big enough for a large shop either. There is not enough staff on either. So very disappointed, the store was a lot better run when we first moved here over three years ago.

No decent fruit ! Mangos that are on special are basically rotting! Fresh food people definitely not! Sold as Extra ripe!

Do not use online shopping at this store. The fruit and veg that they supplied me was well below standard. Worst one was a yellow capsicum half the size of my fist and was already wrinkled on the skin. That was charged at $3.23. The online shopping is being used to get rid of the old, small or blemished stock. I also received a large jar of whole pickles that had been opened. The top button was up and it leaked into my bag. I threw them out. never again.

Did grocery shopping there today on my way home. Unpacked and went to put my Latina “fresh” pasta in the fridge and noticed some black spots. Come to see that the whole packet is riddled in mold. The date on the packet says best before the 18th of November 2024. Not going here again!

Shop here almost daily ( always forgetting things I need) Place our big Monthly order here as well and the one time there was a missing item the manager arrived with the correct product and a beautiful flowering plant. Today we collected our order and in with all it was a family bar of chocolate and a post it with "Happy Halloween" written on it. Talk about sweet service and friendly staff. It starts from the top with the Manager, goes all the way through the checkouts, floor staff and the trolley boys. Everyone of the staff are fantastic.

Can’t thank Woolworth team enough! Lovely stuff and great service. They were really helpful when I was looking for my items. To top off my day they paid for my food shop! I am so thankful for the collie team 🙂 Merry Christmas
