It took the checkout service professional, 40 minutes to scan through $280.00 of shopping. It’s clear that the people that work there are untouchables as it’s super hard to get workers there.
Strongly advise people to do their own checkout, regardless of the time it takes to do. The person behind me and myself were looking around for the hidden camera assuming it had to be some sort of joke.

I come every Thursday morning. It's quiet. Nice staff. It has a lot of stuff to discount. I love Asian sections, it's complate.

I was saddened to see it like it is. I worked there 34 years ago and it was so much better. Empty shelves, couldn’t find any fresh baked bread, the deli was 1/4 the size and nothing like it was when I worked in there. 😢

Pleasent helpful staff. Reasonable parking. Best shopping early morning as shelves can get empty by afternoon.

I love going to our Woollies, its clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Its meat section and deli/seafood have a great variety. However incidents and complaints are'nt dealt with and there security guard is creepy.

Staff member are stubborn and have no patient. Security guards are rude too. The way they monitor customer feels like we are the criminal.

The layout of the store is nice and can find what needed. The parking is bit far but best place is top level.

Have flexibility if a trolley is used for express. As for me I have my son and few items but been told to move to other line with trolley.
