I recently had a blood test through my specialist, which revealed that I was low on B12. I booked an appointment with Dr. Tanya Goodwill, and I couldn’t be more impressed with her thoroughness and professionalism. She not only addressed my initial concern but also took the time to check for any other potential deficiencies. She quickly arranged for my first B12 injection on the spot, and the nurse provided a clear, detailed explanation of how to manage my condition moving forward. I truly appreciate the exceptional care and attention I received—thank you!

I needed a clinic open till late and during the weekend. At the beginning I attended several doctors, but then I decided to have Dr. Sambo Luong as my GP. He is a good listener. It does not talk much, but it works and writes while he is listening to my needs. He understands and provides competent and coherent advice and therapies. About reception staff, in the past, some of them seemed to have no idea what they were supposed to do. But now, the new receptionists are lovely; one lady in particular is very competent and friendly. She always smiles. Anything I needed or asked of her, she found it easy to do. Love it!

Reception never answer the phone I usually give up after 20 minutes, there’s always multiple reception staff on so no reason the phone can’t be answered. Intentionally ignore it I believe. On going issue for a year now. Currently on hold now has been 25 minutes. Need to ask a question that can’t be done online. Also the wait time here is always over an hour… the doctor I noticed took 45 minutes between me and another patient like what was he doing in that 45 minutes

Best set up around, great use of health apps and allied health eg chemist, bloods (could be better), reception. Doctors generally have a good patient attitude and are a team that uses the superior skills of others (don't see that elswhere) However they don't (seem to) remember you from last visit, model bulk billed private enterprise - good work. Some docs really resourceful others not so - as usual anywhere: I nearly lost my leg because one doc couldn't really deal with my antibiotic resistant wound but another stepped in with good nurses see pics. When recently however and they could not put a wick in an infected ear not sure if doc new how to do it because its pretty straight forward, so don't expect greatness yet. Overall, leaves most solo non bulk billing outfits for dead 8/10.

I recently visited a GP at Woolloongabba Medical Centre for a wound on my leg. I wasn’t sure how it had occurred since I hadn’t been bitten by an insect or burned. While the Dr. Luon wasn’t on time, I understand that delays can happen. However, my experience during the consultation left me disappointed.

I wanted to explain when the wound occurred and the steps I had taken before visiting the GP, but the doctor didn’t thoroughly examine my wound, ask any questions, or take the time to listen properly. Instead, I was quickly prescribed some ointment without any meaningful discussion or care.

It felt like a complete waste of time, energy, and money.
