I recently saw Dr Michael Joseph and had a lovely experience. He was thorough, respectful and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable and returned for his Botox services which were great. I am so pleased to find such an awesome local GP and never hesitate to refer him. Highly recommend Dr Joseph!!!!

Excellent Medical Clinic. Dr Woods is a very skilled, knowledgeable and committed GP. He works hard to ensure the best outcomes for his patients. He stays on top of all issues and will often go the "extra mile" to manage his patients. You would be lucky to have Shane Woods as your GP.

Phone answering machine is always turned on. Asked the male reception once why it was set to 'closed' when they were clearly open. Was told they had no more appointments today so they turned on the machine.

What about people needing scripts, or to book other days or needing something other than an appointment today?! His attitude was really poor - so didn't bother to push the issue.

Another time was told the receptionist cant post me a script only the manager can and would do it tomorrow - two weeks later, was still not posted and I ended up going in to get it.

Google lists them open till 6pm every day - often closes at midday.

Don't do e-scripts either - so not very up to date with latest technology that every other practice seems to be providing.

Fantastic doctors - They really are amazing. They are caring, and know all you need for a very supportive and there for you team of medical staff. It's just a shame the supporting stuff and management isn't as up to par and let them down.

Dr Shane Woods and his team of doctors and staff are all I could have hoped for in a medical practitioner. He has been my primary care physician for a couple of years now and has always provided the absolute best care, and I believe, best advice and treatment during every visit and for every issue.
If you are looking for a doctor whose medical knowledge is encyclopedic, treats the whole person, and takes the time to be caring even while maintaining a very efficient office, then Dr Shane Woods is someone you should consider visiting.”

Amazing Front of house. So rare in a GP clinic, or anywhere regarding healthcare, but you will find it here. The man at the reception area is just so lovely and kind, really warm and welcoming.
Details like this really make a difference. When a patient is in pain or unwell they’re often a bit worried or scared, and the receptionist being kind and supportive ensures that patients keep calm on their way to their appointment.

Such an great service at Woollahra! As soon as you walk in you are greeted by a beautiful reception area and a very friendly receptionist. Doctor Alexandra Hodgkinson was so helpful and was very empathetic. Thank you Woollahra Doctors!
