Such a Deadly Service,
So welcoming and friendly, made us feel so valued ,especially my elderly Mumma, who is a proud Ngarrindjeri woman , its always good to walk into an Aboriginal Service that makes you feel important and culturally respected, All made sure my mom was cared for in the most Deadly way.
Staff are happy and smiling, especially the Aboriginal Health Nurses.

Disgusting customer service from a non-Aboriginal woman working within an Aboriginal Health Service. Walked in on Tuesday 6th Feb 2024 to attend the “walk-in” clinic. Was greeted by a woman with blonde hair, glasses and looked about 65 years old who POINTED to a sign like a Neanderthal as though she was not able to communicate through using her words in an attempt to make me read the sign that stated there were “no walk appointments available”. I know for a fact this woman is quite capable of being able to politely and adequately communicate such a message to CLIENTELE. What if I couldn’t read or write or had an intellectual DISABILITY that prevented me from being about to pick up social cues. Disgusting display of customer service from a WHITE WOMAN at an ABORIGINAL HEALTH SERVICE. Remember in your area of work, you’re dealing with heavily disadvantaged people. I want to feel culturally safe!!!!
