My wife had some chronic health issues and a friend recommend Dr Jane. She was very blunt and condescending and seemed to be in a hurry to get us out of the clinic. It felt like her regulars who were waiting in the waiting room were a lot more important than us and we were imposing on her time. Her fees were high $300 for the first consultation. After some tests we returned for a diagnosis. She seemed generally disinterested in help us and again made us feel like were imposing on her time. One of the blood tests showed adrenal exhaustion so she focused on that and said that she had no idea what was causing it and that we would have to figure it out our selves. There were probably multiple factors involved with my wife's condition but she was not open to further discussion. Don't waste your time and money with this woman.

Have been visiting Won Wellness Clinic for around 18 months. The team are amazing.

I was very hopeful and excited when I found Won Wellness. I saw Dr Jane for my first visit and she was kind, very informative and seemed to really care and have a holistic look at my health. I did all the tests she suggested and started taking supplements also but have found it extremely expensive everytime I’ve had to have a call to discuss results, Dr Chapman never seems to remember me or my health issues, or what’s tests have been ordered so I have three seperate calls all costing me over $100 each time to discuss results when it could have been 1 call, it feels so rushed always and the care just hasn’t felt there. Not to mention it’s now been 6 weeks of waiting for supplements which I should be taking every time I eat as prescribed by Dr Chapman and the staff don’t seem to care either or make any other arrangement to make sure I could stick to my plan. Ive paid and just never received these. I’m disappointed in how much money and time I’ve spent here and really don’t feel much care at all as a patient with health issues. I personally won’t be going back.
