Dr Carter was absolutely delightful. My appointment was extremely informative and productive and I had a very minimal wait time. Everyone in the office is so kind and professional. They were also very accommodating to me as a queer patient, which was immensely appreciated.

I do not typically post reviews, but want to make sure my voice is heard. I was a patient at Women’s Health Services for almost 3 YEARS. I was with Dr. Brown for 2 miscarriages and 1 successful delivery.
I am pregnant again, but it has been OVER 2 MONTHS trying to get an appointment with Dr. Brown. They are saying the soonest I could see her is in a few WEEKS. It’s beyond frustrating! My calls are never returned, and then suddenly they scheduled me for today when I was unavailable and NOBODY talked to me before putting it on the schedule! When I called back to tell them I am unavailable, they blamed the lack of scheduling on ME! When I’VE been the one constantly reaching out with no response.
These doctors are taking on too many new patients, and now it’s making it impossible to see previous patients. I am tired of feeling like a number. I am tired of getting blamed for their organization problems.
Women’s Health Services needs to get their act together.

If you are in need of a doctor that truly listens and cares deeply for each patient then Dr. Puffer is who your looking for. I have a complicated case and she doesn't give up easily.
I sincerely feel God blessed me that day we went in for a everyday hysterectomy. Once in she found a mess of complications she never hesitated to bring in a GI specialist who just happened to be hanging out. (Dr. W Chan) Dr. Puffer saved my life that day, I can't thank her enough for her quick thinking. I love seeing her every appointment ? it's nice to see her sit down and talk things over at each of my appointments. She is a Blessing and Angel ? in a white coat. Thanks Dr. Puffer!

Dr.BG is the best she is down to earth very understanding listens to any and all my questions and I had about 20 or 30 of them. She was very patient and kind and I think she’s the best doctor ever. I can’t wait for her to help me bring my baby into this world.

Dr. BG is great & really understands post-menopausal issues. Great bedside manner & cares about you. Thank you for the help and education on what happens as we age!

The issue is with the follow up communication through the office. I have left messages without any response. When calls are returned, it could take 2 days or longer for follow up. Why? Please have management look at this and address it asap.

My fiancé and I just met Dr. Puffer for the first time this past week, and I couldn’t believe how I’ve struggled with Pap smears/gyno appointments for 10+ years before her in comparison. My Pap smear was so quick and painless that I didn’t even believe she did it. She was kind, patient, answered all of our questions, and helpful with potential risk information about my pregnancy! I couldn’t recommend her more, and I look forward to seeing her for the rest of my pregnancy!

I had an okay experience at this practice. The office was nice and the staff was kind. My issue was with my doctor. I met with Dr. Brown twice and felt dismissed by her both times. I was trying to express that I was worried about things going on and she pretty much dismissed it all and blamed it on something else. I felt unimportant and like I was being looked down on like I was stupid. I know my body better than anyone. Turns out these things were large hormonal issues that another doctor who listened and understood my concerns found out. Overall, upset about my experience.
