Finally a Western medicine clinic that embraces a more natural approach! I had my first visit here today and I'm happy to give this place 5 stars. Dr. Caldwell is very kind, passionate, and takes her time with you. The staff was equally as great. I look forward to returning and recommending this office to other women.

After a visit today with my daughter, I experienced a beautiful relationship between a young woman and her doctor! Dr Caldwell is truly focused on the dignity of woman and is attentive to the patients needs not only physical but a whole being form of care. Excellent place to go and such a beautiful building! It felt like the days when doctors took time with their patients instead of rushing off. And Easy off street parking in uptown!

Best visit I have EVER had with a doctor in my life! I have never had nurses and doctors be so focused on helping me- they spent over an hour with me, truly listening to my concerns with my own reproductive health. Love how Dr. Caldwell is helping me figure out the underlying cause of many issues and want to help bring my body to be fully and completely healthy. I would recommend this clinic to any and all women hands down! 🙂

Update: not only did this clinic help me in the diagnosis and treatment of severe hormonal imbalances, Endometriosis, and several other fertility issues, but we are also expecting thanks to Dr. Caldwell’s help and continued care.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I absolutely had to share how amazing this place and their staff is. Very clean, professional, and calming. Everyone is super nice form the moment you walk in. Even before that when you call! They’re such a pleasure. It’s a smooth process and they actually care about YOU. It’s more than just getting a pregnancy test or whatever your reason for going is. They make sure you feel welcome and no one is judging you! I’d recommend them to anyone in the New Orleans area.

This clinic is nothing more than a farce meant to prevent individuals from seeking out abortion services. The sole purpose of this place is to manipulate any who go there to not consider all their options during pregnancy. Although they provide basic services the moral sermons given the staff cause more headaches than happiness and you will likely find that any option apart from giving birth be discussed in a tone of moral outcry. I would encourage any person looking for services to instead head next door to the planned parenthood.

Absolutely loved my experience! Dr. Caldwell spent extra time really getting to know me. She asked how my husband and I met, wanted to see wedding pictures, and really just want above and beyond asking about my families medical history and listening to my needs and concerns. Such a joyful and helpful staff!

WNLC offers an immediate feeling of warmth, security, and safety due to not only the caring staff and warm/relaxing environment but also the professional and compassionate counselors...who make you feel truly cared for, not only physically and emotionally, but even financially. Dr. Susan Caldwell, too, is the perfect physician at so many levels, and she also comes board-certified. She's amazing. I can't imagine any woman not feeling immediate and utter relief upon walking in the door, and sometimes waking in the door is the hardest step, but here you will be so glad you did. Highly recommend. Pro woman, pro health, in mind AND body.

It was a surprised pregnancy and didnt know what to do so I contacted this center. I was afraid at first but When I met Elizabeth, the counselor, she put me at ease and talked to me. I went there twice already and every visit was excellent from counseling to getting an ultrasound. Now I have an obgyne to check on me, thanks to their referral. I am extremely grateful to every staff at Woman's new life center.
