One of the worst experiences I’ve had. If I could give 0 stars I would. Waited with my elderly mother for 1h45m in a waiting room with no seating for patients. Utterly rude, disrespectful and condescending Dr and another male staff member. Other staff run off their feet, appalling service

Dr Agarwal is without a doubt the worst specialist I have dealt with. No bedside manner. No communication with patient. Even after asking questions, she doesn't take the time to explain tests or results. No referral was sent off when she referred me to Sydney eye hospital for further testing. Being overbooked is no excuse to not communicate with your patients.

Seeing is believing…..

And now I do glasses free ! And so begins life without nose dents, forgetting where I put my glasses and being able to use binoculars 😊 This journey began with a referral from my Optometrist to Doc Agarwal & from my first consultation I felt I was in very professional hands. All my questions regarding surgery were answered clearly, the very latest technology used to assess my suitability for surgery & up-to-date information given to me to read.

The decision to have eye surgery is one that needs careful consideration, and by choosing the Wollongong Eye Specialist I was able to make a well-informed choice. It has been a life changing experience for me, and I am just starting to discover the joy of doing things without glasses perched on my nose !
