My family and I have been seeing Dr.John Chu for nearly 20 years, and it’s no exaggeration to say that he is the best GP we could ever trust.
He is a compassionate doctor who always makes his patients feel cared for and at ease.
Among the many GPs out there, I truly believe that finding someone as trustworthy as him is like winning the lottery.
The clinic staff are also very pleasant and friendly.

Dr Jenny is the best. I moved away from Wolli many years ago but continue to travel to see her and now bring my children to see her, too. Reception don't always answer the phone, though.

I have been bringing my family to this medical centre for a long time and have always trusted their care. However, I had a very disappointing and concerning experience recently.

I brought my 18-month-old daughter in for her scheduled vaccinations, and Dr Jenny Chen recommended an additional flu shot at the same time, resulting in four injections being administered in one visit. I specifically asked if this was safe, and she assured me it was.

Shortly after, my daughter became very sick, and we had to urgently see another GP in our area. That doctor was shocked that so many vaccines were given in one appointment to such a young child.

I feel extremely let down by the advice and care we received. As a parent, I trusted the medical team to prioritise my child’s wellbeing, and that trust has now been shaken.

Have seen many doctors in Australia. I have found that Dr Supatchara is VERY great. I can say that she is the best doctor I have ever met. She is Very patient, friendly and supportive. She is always willing to listen to patients and explain everything to me thoroughly. You knows how to make me calm and feel comfortable. I’m lucky to have met her in my life. Dr John Chu and all other doctors here are simply the best and very professional. My daughter really loves going to doctor and even smile every time she got jabbed (very weird for toddler but yes the experience is that great)! Dr Chu advice is very detailed, practical and I can count on it for later time until now. Thank you so much for the team here!

This place is great. Glad I changed my regular GP to here. Friendly staff, good service overall. The doctors here actually put in effort into answering all your questions and ask questions too.

At the previous place I used to attend, I felt like I was just being rushed out the door. I don't feel that way at all at Wolli Medical.

Very clean practice. Even if I move locations again, I will keep coming back here.

Dr Chu is the best GP I have ever seen. He is thorough and never made me feel uncomfortable or rushed. Sadly I have moved and cant get the same level of health care. If you live in Wolli Creek I can highly recommend this practice. Only advice is to book ahead.
