Highly recommend this practice. As I travelled through Ipswich I needed to see a doctor and picked this practice as it was close to where I was staying and had good reviews. It’s daunting to seek out a doctor who is not familiar but I wasn’t disappointed. The modern medical centre is easy to locate, has a pharmacy next door and friendly, efficient reception staff. The doctor I saw was very friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to get to know a bit about me and providing the appropriate treatment. Even the pharmacist was friendly and knowledgeable. Well done to the team at Winston Glades, lucky locals who have you available all the time!

I attend an appointment with my 90-year-old. mum last week. The attending nurse and GP couldn't not have been more caring, attentive and understanding of her needs. The reception team was also very friendly and efficient. If I lived locally, I would certainly attend the practice also. Thanks Mellany

Doctor Sudheera kept me waiting over an hour for almost every appointment over the course of an entire year. He also offered me next to no treatment aside from painkillers and never offered me any options or diagnosis for further medical care. Was unable to swap doctors for this issue due to work cover. Sudheera also wrote down incorrect information on my certificates multiple times which invalidated them.

On top of this there was one occasion where he pulled up my history of visits on his monitor and I saw the first date I was seen for my injury and he wrote on my work certificate, a date which was over 5 months later. This in particular cost me thousands of dollars of income and countless hours of stress, paperwork and phone calls over the next year.

Over the same period a young male receptionist repeatedly gave me conflicting dates for follow-up appointments, writing one down and saying a different date, so I would have absolutely no idea which day to show up.

The rest of the team seemed decent, particularly the other receptionists. However Dr. Sudheera is the practice owner as I understand, making me very sceptical of this place.

New patient to the clinic but seeking mental health support. Dr had no compassion skills. Asked for my medical history which I tried to give but was not satisfactory enough for the Dr. Left feeling worse than when I went in.

Got my referral at the end of the appointment and was basically told to abruptly to leave. Afraid that the referral will send me to someone with the same attitude.
No kindness or compassion or bedside manner. My mental health is worse than when I went in and I am at greater risk for having spoken to that Dr. Sat in my car and cried before I drove away.

Waste of time and money.

Won’t be back.

Any suggestions on a Dr in the area that is supportive and knowledgeable when dealing with mental health, trauma and women’s health because this ain’t it
