Katerina is amazing in what she does. My 5 year old daughter suffers from anxiety and initially started with the relax kids yoga and absolutely loved it! From there she has built a safe and secure bond with Katerina and now we are doing life coaching sessions and are given lifelong tools to be able to cope and manage the situation.

Katerina is so friendly and encouraging, my son loved attending the Relax Kids Yoga Classes. The combination of high intensity exercise followed by mindfulness activities and yoga helped my son release stress, excess energy and focus better. Nothing out there compares to this course. Both children loved katerinas classes. I have to say my 9yr old is much for mindful and has learned how to stay calm. She has a new found love for meditation and uses the techniques she has learnt daily. Lots of fun and also very useful tools she will use for the rest of her life.
