This surgery does not even deserve 1 star. These guys need to go broke and out of buisness. My daughter had 2 consaltations at this surgery, they no longer bulk bill and failed to diagnose a infected ear. My daughter is now $180 down and has a perforate ear drum, I took her toanther doctor who seem the problem instantly. DO NOT VISIT THIS SURGURY, YOU WILL BE CHARGED TO MAKE YOUR HEALTH WORSE!!!!

I love this medical practice! Thoughtful, kind and sympathetic front desk ladies who were both polite and helpful when I first joined. I can’t fault Dr Sipeli and his treatment of my medical needs. He is thorough, knowledgeable and attentive to my condition. He listened, asked the correct questions and consistently demonstrated a high level of patient care. The practice always runs on, or close to appointment time as well! I often recommend this practice to friends, family and neighbours who are seeking heigh quality treatment in the Richmond area.

I can't thank Dr Sipeli and his staff enough... I've been a patient if his for 20 years. He always knows exactly what's wrong. Many, many times, he has helped me, guided me, referred me, diagnosed me, medicated me and saved my life. I have moved away from the hawkesbury, and am 1.5hrs away, via train. There's no point seeing any other doctor, because I always end up back in his office, and being very well looked after. Dr Sipeli, you're an angel, you're the best. Thank you for saving my life, many times. Y'all think mother knows best, but he's better than that !!

I have just had a horrible experience with Dr Sipeli and would not ever recommend him.
As a young girl hoping to find answers about something very upsetting and quite scary I was absolutely appalled at the lack of empathy and kindness shown by this doctor. I was repeatedly and very rudely told that I need to calm down and stop stressing. I was pretty much scoffed at when I mentioned that it could be something in particular that’s effecting me. He sent me for blood tests without so much as a single question as to what’s going on with me, when I asked if this sort of thing shows in blood test his response was “Well what do you want me to do? Do you want the blood tests or not?”
I was both shocked and disheartened by this experience and I absolutely refuse to see him again.

Waited over an hour in the waiting room on a sunday. All the receptionist had to say was "it's out of our control you have to wait". Witch is a copy out, as GPs are 10 minute appointments, and if you need to book in a more detailed appointment booked it in for a hour.
