I went last Thursday 28th Nov 2024 to see Dr Yasmeen Layla, she is the best Doctor I have ever seen here in Australia.. where ever she works I visit her for my checkups.. I went for iron infusion last Thursday and I feel very low and the aircon was at full in the all over place, I asked nurse and receptionist both to turn it of for the specific room or increase the temperature to warm down the space, they said we can’t do that, I requested again as we have 2 months baby with us too she was also waiting for doctor to see as doctor was busy with other patient, they refuse twice and said we can’t do that, the receptionist play dumb in front me showing that she increases the temperature and in a very next minute she saw me facing otherside and again she put it back.. I ignore that all but I felt bad, there was no other patients waiting that time I got infusion might be the reason felt damn cold that time, rather then adjusting to patient or customer needs she is been so rude with me.. 0 level service provided and 0%care towards customer or patient.

If I could give this practice 10 stars I would.
From the reception staff, nurses and doctors who work here have always been welcoming and informative.
I usually see Dr Layla Yasmeen, in my opinion she is the best GP I have ever had.
I feel supported, listened to and never felt hurried.
She is very knowledgeable in her diagnosis. Takes her time in answering any questions I have had.

Disgusting with a complete lack of care for your personal information and health of the community!!!!

If you want your personal details blowing all over Windsor Road because they fail to dispose of private information, script pads, blood stained cotton swabs, used gloves and other medical waste properly, then go right ahead and use this practice.

All of their neighbours are fed up with picking up medical waste from their front yards, despite asking the medical practice multiple times to address the issue. They have a complete disregard for public health and safety.

- It's unfortunate that it takes public shaming and being reported to Parramatta Council and AHPRA - Health Care Complaints to make you act / bother to respond. My husband rang and left a message on Monday night, but this is after many many phones calls by me to your receptionist.

If are are disposing of medical waste properly, why do I have blood stained swabs in my front yard Clean up your act!!!!

Windsor Road Family Practise is a very warm and friendly supportive practise. Yes at times you may have to wait however that is only because they take their time with their patients depending on the need and more to the fact they don’t rush you as some other practises do. Dr Kuhan Perumynar Is an excellent professional doctor who is very good at his job.

Reception staff were nice and polite, the wait time was very excessive. However, I always come back with my family to see Dr Yasmeen. She is the best doctor I have ever seen.

She coordinated my antenatal and postnatal care, I felt like I was in the best hands. She is extremely thorough, she spent the time to explain everything to me (I was a nervous first time mum), and she always made sure to make me and my husband feel welcome and comfortable. I felt assured that everything was done properly, and that I was very well taken care of.

I have had lots of awful experiences with GP's in the past, and I feel extremely lucky to have found her. We will be moving to Woollongong soon, but I will travel to see her. Good healthcare is priceless.
