Was hit with a nasty surprise that they don’t bulk bill anymore. Misdiagnosed during the appointment too. Went for a second opinion and was given the correct diagnosis. Really uncomfortable appointment too felt judged by the doctor.

I have been a patient of this practice for many years and my best experience has been with Dr Santhosh. He’s always busy but never rushes me out. He always listens to me. Goes above and beyond to help me with any medical issues. I’ll follow him wherever he goes if he ever leaves. Never felt more comfortable with a GP before.

All the doctors I have talked to are absolutely lovely. However if you are wanting to make an appointment via phone..... Good luck. You can call them a million times however it will run you through the 'if this is an emergency bit' and then the phone will automatically hang up. Zero holding or anything, Straight up HANG UP
