I see Dr Saifullah Akram for my annual check ups and he is a great doctor. The nurses and admin staff are also very kind. It is always a nice experience going there.

The older male GP instructed my partner to call an ambulance and go to the hospital for a CT scan right away. Not sure why he said to do that because everything was normal in his own testing and it says so himself in his letter. I also am not sure why he was so willing to dispense expensive testing all things considered? The hospital made us wait all day before telling us the CT scan was unnecessary (they are getting a one star), in their letter they simply waited out the possibility of something bad happening before making any form of action at all? My partner said the lady doctor was good at this clinic though.

Best clinic in Brisbane. I travel 40mins each way to come here because of how amazing the Drs, Nurses and Admin are.
Always accommodating and welcoming.

Most dismally unprofessional doctors I've ever been to. What should have been a normal appointment turned in to a "long appointment" (for which I was billed $130) because of the lacklustre approach of the doctor I saw.
Do not recomend, put your health and money in the right hands, go elsewhere.

So lucky to have found this clinic! Dr Saif Akram is hands down the best doctor I've ever had. He's very compassionate, and you can clearly tell he cares about his patients. I always feel so comfortable here and never feel like I'm just another number. The receptionists are also so sweet as well! Will definitely continue to come back here, regardless of where I live in Brisbane 🙂

I have been attending this clinic for about 10 years. Selena and Arlene are the friendliest staff, I have met. Dr Hossain was my original doctor and he was very good. I now see his son, and he too is a kind compassionate understanding person. I would recommended this clinic to anybody, whom wants to be treated as a person and not just a number.

This medical clinic has provided me with an outstanding service.
I have been visiting Windsor Family Centre for more than 6 months. Dr Saifullah Akram has been my GP since then; he is a great professional and kind person. He is the most empathetic and caring doctor I have ever met. He takes his time to listen to whatever you may say and he cares about it.
Also, the staff are very professional, friendly and warm (Selena and Arlene).
I highly recommend this clinic, the best medical centre on the north side.

Hands down the best practice i’ve been to. All the staff are welcoming & professional. Dr Saif Akram was very understanding, trustworthy & provided me with guidance. Dr Hossain is wise beyond his years & definitely goes the extra mile. Eileen & Selina are always so lovely & welcoming. The nurse Alia gives the best pain free injections & always provides me with the best medical care. All the windsor staff are amazing & i wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.
