Recently I became a full time patient of Dr Folorunso, after my family doctor for 45yrs Dr Terry Mahon reluctantly retired. It's hard to find a doctor that instills confidence these days but I have. Thumbs up for the staff too!

I am writing this review to express my profound disappointment and frustration with my experience at the Wingdang Family Medical Centre. My recent encounters with a certain doctor at this practice have left me in a state of distress and have forced me to make the difficult decision to discontinue my association with this unskilled and uncaring medical facility.

My main concern revolves around the doctor's blatant disregard for my medical needs and his utter failure to understand my condition. During my appointments, this particular doctor unapologetically and callously lowered my medication without considering my individual health situation. This irresponsible and dangerous decision has had a detrimental impact on my well-being and left me in a disposition for failure.

The most alarming aspect of this experience was the doctor's own admission of having "no skill." To have a medical professional acknowledge their lack of competence is nothing short of a terrifying revelation. It is deeply concerning that such an individual is entrusted with the care of patients at Wingdang Family Medical Centre. I believe that this admission alone should raise serious questions about the quality and competence of the medical staff at this facility.

In addition to the reckless medication adjustments, the doctor exhibited a complete lack of understanding and empathy. He failed to listen to my concerns and dismissed my legitimate worries, leaving me feeling unheard and unsupported. A crucial part of a doctor's role is to provide both medical expertise and emotional support to their patients, and it is evident that this particular doctor failed in both respects.

My overall experience at Wingdang Family Medical Centre has been nothing short of a nightmare. It is deeply disheartening to encounter a healthcare provider who not only lacks the necessary skills and competence but also displays an astonishing lack of empathy and understanding. As a result, I have been left with no choice but to seek care elsewhere, in order to ensure my health and well-being are not compromised any further.

I strongly advise anyone seeking medical care to consider alternative healthcare providers who prioritize patient well-being, competence, and empathy, as these qualities are severely lacking at Wingdang Family Medical Centre. This facility has left me deeply dissatisfied and disillusioned, and I hope that my negative experience serves as a warning to others seeking competent and compassionate medical care.

I went and saw Dr Folorunso yesterday for the first time and by far the best Doctor I have ever seen he took the time like no one else ever has and genuinely cared about what I had to say. Will definitely be going back to him from now on. Thank you
